What are your goals for the upcoming year? One of my intentions for 2017 was to expand my reach in the community, but seeing as there is only one of me, (thank goodness, one of me is enough) I had to come up with creative ways I could help people who were slightly out of reach. Then it came to me. What was an important part of surviving my medical battles? Knowing that I wasn’t alone. I had family, friends and others going through similar challenges, which became my Wolfpack.
Many of you know that I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, but that limits me to only practice in my sunny state of California. This got me thinking, how can I support someone who lived somewhere far away, like Alaska.
